Bye Boys

Our flock contained seven Silkie chicks and one Easter Egger chick. As our flock started to grow, we learned that our flock had 3 roosters. Two black Silkies were roosters and the Easter Egger. We made the decision to rehome our roosters. All three roosters have moved to a farm in Lafayette, Louisiana. They are enjoying living on a free range farm with 30 other chickens, goats, and cows. We miss our boys, but know they are enjoying sweet country life.

We are excited to announce that we recieved a grant from The Brown Foundation, Support STEM Program to add cedar raised garden beds to Lagniappe Learning.

Books & Beaks
